RESTAURANT TEPPANYAKI
A unique dining experience at Yasuragi for all senses.
In Japanese cuisine, the visual experience is as important as the taste. In our Teppanyaki Kiri restaurant, each table has its own chef who prepares the food in front of the guest on a griddle. The Japanese and local Swedish ingredients provide a unique dining experience. Here, we serve a pre-combined menu of the day with 6 different dishes, inspired by Japanese cuisines and our immediate surroundings. Here, you sit with others, up to 8 people, at each griddle table. Japanese food at its best.
If you have any food allergies, please contact us in advance.
The word teppanyaki comes from Japanese where teppan means griddle and yaki means grill. Kiri is Japanese for mist, fog – we hope you will be enveloped by the atmosphere in the same magical way as the fog can settle over an open landscape in the evening.
