Restaurant Minamo is located at the same floor as our roof terrace overlooking the sea. The Japanese word Minamo, means water mirror. Here we serve food that is inspired by modern Japanese cuisine. The menu combines clear flavors with Japanese techniques in an aesthetic expression.

Lunch: 11.30 a.m-2.3 p.m
Dinner: 5.30 p.m - 11.00 p.m

Yes, you can choose to wear your own clothes in our restaurants. If you have booked a package, you will receive, just like at a Japanese onsen, a yukata, a Japanese cotton robe, to borrow when you visit us. You primarily wear this when you are in the Japanese bath or participating in our activities or have booked a treatment. For meals, you can choose whether to wear the yukata or your own clothes.
Our breakfast buffet and our menus are marked with the 14 ingredients / food groups that cause the most serious hypersensitivity reactions according to the National Food Administration's requirements. If you have other food allergies, we want you to contact us to see if we can handle it. We do not deviate from the menu due to special diets or lifestyle choices.
