Restaurant Minamo is located on the same floor as the large rooftop terrace overlooking the entrance to Stockholm. Here we serve food inspired by the modern Japanese cuisine. The menu combines distinct flavors with Japanese techniques in an aesthetic expression. In Japanese, Minamo means water mirror.
If you have food allergies, we ask that you communicate this to us. We do not make deviations from the menu due to special diets or lifestyle choices.

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Hot items are available from 7:30 AM.

Can I wear my own clothes in the restaurant?
Yes, you are free to wear your own clothes in our restaurants. If you’ve booked a package, you’ll receive a yukata – a traditional Japanese cotton robe – to wear during your visit, just like at a Japanese onsen. You’ll primarily wear your yukata while in the Japanese bath, during activities, or when you have a treatment booked. For meals, you may choose whether to wear your yukata or your own clothes.

How do you handle food allergies?
Our breakfast buffet and menus are labelled with the 14 ingredients/food groups known to cause the most serious allergic reactions, in accordance with the requirements of the Swedish Food Agency. If you have other food allergies, we ask that you contact us in advance so we can assess whether we are able to accommodate your needs. We do not make changes to the menu based on specific diets or lifestyle choices.
Japanese Food at Yasuragi
Restaurant Minamo is located next to the large roof terrace with a view of Stockholm's inlet. Here we serve food inspired by the modern Japanese cuisine. Experience new flavors - only 20 minutes from Stockholm city center.
For evening packages and overnight packages, a 2-course dinner is included. Next to the dining rooms is our Cocktail Bar which offers a wide selection of sake as well as delicious cocktails.
If you have booked any of our day packages, you will be served lunch. Lunch includes a main course and a dessert.
