Warming Goodness
Our various saunas
Warmth and relaxation in several forms
To sauna is beneficial for both our mental and physical health. With us, you can experience various types of saunas with different temperatures and humidity levels. The saunas below are communal. We also have dry saunas in the washing rooms for men and women, respectively.

Shiomushiburo Salt Steam Sauna
Take a handful of salt with you into the steam sauna, scrub your body and let the salty, hot steam do its magic. Inside the sauna, there are hand showers to rinse off. Air temperature 42–43 degrees.

Sauna サウナ Dry Sauna
Sit down in the dry sauna and let your mind wander freely while gazing out over the pine forest. When you are ready, try the cold waterfall shower and feel the sensation of your body alternating between warmth and cold. Air temperature 80 degrees.

Ganbanyoku 岩盤浴 Sleeping Sauna
What could be more relaxing than winding down in our sleeping sauna? Rest, doze off, or meditate – the sleeping sauna is one of our quiet zones inviting you to total relaxation and stillness. Let the gentle warmth from the stone slabs embrace you while your body and mind find their peace. Air temperature 40 degrees.

Cold Bath and Outdoor Sauna 露天風呂
Experience the contrast between heat and coolness in our outdoor sauna with a view over the pines and the Saltsjön, with a refreshing cold bath at 12 degrees right next to it. The exterior of the sauna is inspired by a building in Nara from the 8th century Japan and combines rich history with timeless architecture.
