Questions & Answers
Booking
-
What should I bring?
Pack light!
Just like at a Japanese onsen, you’ll receive a yukata – a cotton robe – when you visit us. You’ll wear it in the Japanese bath, during activities, and when receiving treatments. Underneath, you should always wear underwear or dry swimwear. You’ll also receive swimwear and slippers.
In the Japanese bath, you are required to wear the swimwear we provide. This is to help create a harmonious environment with minimal distractions.
For meals, you may choose whether to wear your yukata or your own clothes.
The swimwear is yours to keep, while the yukata and slippers are on loan.
