Our larger meeting rooms are suitable for all types of meetings. They have flexible furniture and plenty of natural light. All these rooms have a beautiful view of the Stockholm archipelago and direct access to the terrace. Some of them also have their own group rooms adjacent to the main room.

Our medium-sized rooms have flexible furnishing and are suitable for most types of meetings. They offer views of the Stockholm archipelago or our courtyard.

Our small rooms for a maximum of 8 people are suitable for board meetings, group work or workshops. They have fixed boardroom seating and windows facing the garden.
Japanese Bath
At Yasuragi, you get to experience how an ancient bathing tradition refreshes you. In Japanese culture, bathing is an important part. Here, you can relax in true Japanese spirit. Japanese cleansing rituals, hot springs indoors and outdoors in nature, various saunas, and much more.

OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENTS
In our Japanese garden, you can take a peaceful walk and practice mindfulness along the path. Adjacent to the Japanese garden is our outdoor gym clearing. Surrounding the facility are environments that are well suited for various outdoor activities. There are nice running tracks for those who want to take a lap around Hasseludden.

How would a day at Yasuragi look like for a meeting?
We recommend starting your day with the Japanese bath. The Japanese bath, with its stylish environment and nature, invites you to a mental relaxation that fosters innovative thinking. Before your meeting begins, we will serve you a morning snack with energizing accompaniments, as well as coffee and tea. You will be served lunch and afternoon snack during your stay. After your conference, you can choose to revisit the bath or why not book an activity together. Learn to make sushi or challenge the team with an action-packed activity. We also offer a 3-course dinner and overnight accommodation.

How many hotel rooms do you have?
Yasuragi has 191 hotel rooms (422 beds) in a Japanese-inspired style. All rooms have a view of the Höggarnsfjärden and the entrance to the Stockholm archipelago.

We offer 23 different meeting rooms of various sizes. Ranging from smaller meeting rooms for 8 people to our largest room, Fuji, which can accommodate 400 people. Some of our conference rooms have views of the Stockholm archipelago and some also have direct access to our large terrace of 500 sqm.

What kind of technology is available in the meeting rooms?
All our meeting rooms are equipped with either a projector or an LED screen with HDMI or VGA connection for your preferred device. Speakers are available in our larger rooms, including our largest venue, Fuji, which also offers an extensive range of technical equipment, including wireless microphones.

We are happy to assist you in arranging a digital meeting with us. Together with our external technical partner, we ensure the best solution based on your specific needs – from hybrid meetings to larger digital events.
An additional cost applies and is always provided via a quote from our external technical supplier.

We offer 23 different meeting rooms of various sizes. Everything from smaller group rooms for 8 people to our largest room Fuji for 400 people. 11 of our conference rooms have a view of the Stockholm archipelago and some of them also have direct access to our large 500 sqm terrace. We have 4 themed rooms focusing on Japanese garden, colorful manga, Japanese kabuki theater, and the vibrant city life of Tokyo's Shibuya district.
The largest room, Fuji, at approximately 400 sqm with a ceiling height of 6 meters, is suitable for large events, congresses, fashion shows, and other major meetings. It is also possible to drive a car into the room. Adjacent to it is a lounge with access to the terrace. Yasuragi has 191 hotel rooms (422 beds) in a Japanese-inspired style. The simple aesthetics are meant to invite inner peace. All rooms have a view of Högarnsfjärden and the entrance from the Stockholm archipelago. The building was designed by the Japanese architect Yoji Kasajima.

Choose your bath time & quiet zones
If you choose to stay overnight with us, we kindly ask you to choose a bathing time in the afternoon/evening on the day of your arrival. If you wish to check in at 3:00 PM and check out at 11:00 AM, you can choose a bathing time from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
If you prefer to check in at 4:00 PM and stay until 12:00 PM, your bathing time is from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Free Bathing Time
During late evening from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and on the day of departure from 8:00 AM until your check-out, no booking of bathing time is required. For day packages and if you have booked accommodation in one of our Ryokan, you have access to the baths throughout your stay.

Welcome to enjoy a little extra of the silent zones in the Japanese bath. Here is a time to breathe deeply and just be with yourself for a moment.
