Teppanyaki Kiri

In our restaurant Teppanyaki Kiri, each table has its own chef who prepares the food in front of the guest on a hot iron plate.

The Japanese and local Swedish ingredients provide a unique dining experience. Here we serve a set menu  with 7 different dishes, inspired by the Japanese cuisines and our immediate surroundings. Here you sit with others, up to 8 people, at each frying table.

We're open Thursday through Sunday, and we can't wait to have you join us for an unforgettable dining experience. We use the same frying table for all food in our Teppanyaki restaurant. We take into account gluten, lactose and nuts, not other allergies or food preferences, the food is still prepared on the same grill table. If you have other allergies, we recommend our other restaurants.

  • Can I eat in Restaurant Teppanyaki if I am a vegan or vegetarian?

    We do not serve a vegan or vegetarian meny in restaurant Teppanyaki. In that case we recommend you to book either restaurant Nagi or Minamo.

  • What do I do if I have an allergy?

    We use the same frying table for all food in our restaurant Teppanyaki. If you are allergic and this affects your allergy, we recommend our á la carte restaurant Minamo instead or restaurant Nago

  • When is Teppanyaki open?

    Restaurant Teppanyaki Kiri is open Thursday - Sunday.

  • Can I have my own clothes in the restaurant?

    Yes, you can choose to wear your own clothes in our restaurants. If you have booked a package, you will receive, just like at a Japanese onsen, a yukata, a Japanese cotton robe, to borrow when you visit us. You primarily wear this when you are in the Japanese bath or participating in our activities or have booked a treatment. For meals, you can choose whether to wear the yukata or your own clothes.

The word teppanyaki comes from Japanese where the carpet means frying pan and yaki means grill. Kiri is Japanese for fog, haze - we want you to be enveloped by the atmosphere in the same magical way that the fog can settle over an open landscape in the evening.
