Good to know

  • As our guest, we lend you a yukata, a Japanese cotton robe. You mainly wear it when in the Japanese bath or participating in activities or when booking a treatment. For meals, you can choose to wear the yukata or your own clothes.
  • Minimum age 16 in the company of a guardian. During school holidays, we have a lower age limit, and during Yasuragi Kids, children of all ages are welcome. Read more here.

  • Do I need to make a reservation?

    Yes, you need to book your stay in advance as all our packages are subject to availability. You can book your stay here on our website.

  • What cancellation rules apply?

    Up to 7 days before arrival, you can cancel or change your stay free of charge, full refund will be given upon cancellation. After 7 days, full billing will apply. If you add a personal cancellation protection (195 SEK per person), you can cancel or change your stay up to 24 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation, Yasuragi will keep the cancellation protection and the remaining amount will be refunded. For promotional bookings where a promo code has been used, a cancellation protection is required to cancel or change. Please note that changing dates may result in price changes for your booking.

  • I have a booking but need to change the date, how do I do that?

    Email us at info@yasuragi.se with your booking number and proposed new date, and we will get back to you. Please note that changing the date may result in a price change for your booking.

  • What should I bring?

    You’re welcome to pack light. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a yukata (a traditional Japanese cotton robe), slippers, and swimwear to use during your stay. For meals, you may choose whether to wear your yukata or your own clothes. The swimwear is yours to keep, while the yukata and slippers are on loan.

    In the bath area, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. When you feel thirsty, you’re welcome to enjoy the tea and fruit buffet set up in the lounge by the Japanese bath.

    We kindly ask that you do not use your own swimwear.

Your Teachers

Annelie Pompe – World champion freediver, helicopter pilot, mountaineer (including Mount Everest), and known from the TV series SAS: Who Dares Wins VIP (Elitstyrkans hemligheter). Annelie moves in environments where mental strength, self-regulation, and courage are daily requirements for survival. She trains helicopter pilots in human performance, teaches freediving, and coaches athletes in the mental skills that matter when technique isn't enough. She knows what it takes to maintain mental clarity when the margin between life and death is measured in seconds.

Cecilia Duberg Kallin – Licensed psychologist and mental coach with 20 years of experience training some of the country’s leading elite athletes, leaders, and entrepreneurs. Cecilia works at the intersection of neuroscience and practical psychology, systems theory, and performance psychology. She has guided athletes to peak performances, leaders through deep crises, and entrepreneurs through lifestyle transformations. She understands what it takes to build the self-confidence and inner strength that makes your whole life soar—not just survive. The kind of strength that remains when complexity increases or when life happens.
