
Zazen - Sitting Meditation
Zazen means sitting meditation and is the most widespread form of meditation in Japan's many Zen Buddhist temples. It is one of the oldest and most proven techniques for practicing presence, acceptance, and peace of mind. You will notice immediate effects such as reduced stress levels and better focus for the tasks ahead. However, not getting caught up in your thoughts is much harder than one might think, but you will learn tools on how to let go of the thoughts. The long-term effects are numerous, including better collaboration, improved work environment, and increased creativity. You will therefore receive tips on how to meditate at home with inspiration from Zen monks!
Book as a Break Activity (15 mins):

Book as a Full Activity:
Price from 3900 SEK excl. VAT.
Duration: 30 minutes / 45 minutes in combination with walking KINHIN meditation.
At 45 minutes, we will combine with a walking Zen meditation called Kinhin.
We recommend this activity in the early morning before breakfast.
