The Five Tibetans

Five repetitive exercises also known as "the five rites of rejuvenation" if performed daily. The exercises were originally developed by Tibetan monks over 2000 years ago to keep the body and mind in a youthful state. The exercises are simple to perform and even beginners will experience effects on their physical form and mental sharpness after the first session. They are also easy to learn and take no more than 20 minutes if one wishes to continue at home and eventually improve balance, reduce muscle tension, and enhance strength, flexibility, and digestion.
