
Soften neck & shoulders
Having pain in the shoulders or neck is common. Perhaps you have become stiff in the muscles after long periods of sedentary work, or due to working in an improper position. Pain in the shoulders and neck may also be due to stress or having issues with a muscle attachment.
We will work on our shoulders and neck in 5 different ways. We will start by shaking the body to release tensions followed by a breathing exercise to deepen relaxation and increase presence. We will then continue with 4 exercises to soften up the area, treat stagnations with cupping, and finish by stretching.
