Cold Bath & Breathing Exercises

You've probably heard about the positive effects of cold bathing. During this session, you will learn more about what actually happens in the body and what to consider to optimize the positive effects. You will receive tips on how to make it easier to cold bathe under different conditions that exist in our daily lives. We will conclude with a 2-minute cold bath (12-14°C) divided into smaller teams of 4 people, of course encouraged by colleagues! Experience the positive physiological health effects of cold bathing.
