At Yasuragi, sustainability is important to us. As a part of this, we have chosen not to serve red meat on Mondays. Instead we serve our vegetarian and fish dishes.

In connection with the Teppanyaki Restaurant, you will find our sake bar. This is a large and very good selection of sake. Feel and squeeze your way through the bottles and get lost in a world full of this amazing rice brew. Our sake trained bar staff will guide you through the experience of the Japanese national drink. When cooking raw food the ingredients should not exceed 42 degrees. Thus preserving the natural enzymes in raw material and therefore we do not use our body’s own enzymes to break down the food we eat.
