Yasuragi has an agreement with the Swedish solar energy company Eneo Solutions AB, which operates the solar power plant totaling 129 kW installed on our roofs. Annually, the facility produces about 119 MWh of green solar power, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 24 houses, 20 million fully charged iPhones, or 1,500 charges of a Tesla car. The green electricity from the solar panels is used directly in the property's operations. Annually, the solar panels are estimated to save 9 tons of CO2.

Our boiler with DLE technology, Delta Lift Energy, saves both money, energy, and the environment. The result is a reduction in supplied oil by 300 m3 per year equivalent to 95% of the oil consumption, unchanged electricity consumption, and a total reduced greenhouse impact by 807 tons of CO2. The technology is based on a climate-neutral rock and air heat pump with CO2 as a refrigerant. Compared to the previous installation, maintenance also decreases and provides quieter operation.

In addition to the above energy sources, we buy electricity from the local energy company Boo Energi. This energy mix consists mainly of electricity from sun, wind, and water.
