Yasuragi has an agreement with the Swedish solar energy company Eneo Solutions AB, which operates the solar power plant totaling 129 kW installed on our roofs. Annually, the facility produces about 119 MWh of green solar power, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 24 houses, 20 million fully charged iPhones, or 1,500 charges of a Tesla car. The green electricity from the solar panels is used directly in the property's operations. Annually, the solar panels are estimated to save 9 tons of CO2.

Yasuragi utilizes an energy system powered by DLE (Delta Lift Energy) technology, which significantly reduces our reliance on fossil fuels compared to our previous oil-based setup. This system cuts our oil consumption by around 300 m³ annually—a 95% reduction—while maintaining stable electricity usage and decreasing our estimated climate impact by roughly 807 tons of CO₂ per year. The technology combines geothermal and air-source heating and uses natural CO₂ (R744) as its refrigerant.

Additionally, we source our electricity from Nordic Green Energy, utilizing an energy mix generated from solar, wind, and hydro power.
