Yasuragi has an agreement with the Swedish solar cell company Eneo Solutions AB, which operates the solar cell plant with a total of 129 kW installed on our roofs. Annually, the facility produces approximately 119 MWh of green solar electricity, which corresponds to the annual electricity consumption of 24 villas, 20 million fully charged iPhones or 1,500 charges of a Tesla car. The green electricity from the solar cells is used directly in the property's operations. Annually, the solar cells are estimated to save 9 tons of CO2.
Our boiler with DLE technology, Delta Lift Energy, saves both money, energy and the environment. The result is a reduction in added oil by 300 m3 per year corresponding to 95% of oil consumption, unchanged electricity consumption and a total reduced greenhouse effect of 807 tons of CO2. The technology is based on a climate-neutral rock and air heat pump with CO2 as refrigerant. Compared to the previous plant, maintenance is also reduced and provides quieter operation.
In addition to the above types of energy, we buy electricity from the local energy company Boo Energi. This energy mix mainly consists of electricity from the sun, wind and water.
