On Monday when Circular Monday occurs, we open up one of our spaces where our employees can put in things they no longer have use for. This way, we can exchange items with each other. One week later, on Giving Tuesday, we donate what's left to the City Mission.

It's a simple way to encourage a more sustainable consumption pattern, which we hope more companies and organizations will start embracing, regardless of whether it's Circular Monday or not - every day of the year is a good day to reflect on how we can rent instead of buy, repair and reuse instead of buying new.
