Overnight stay with Omakase dinner

Spa package with an overnight stay, access to the spa, and a 15-course OMAKASE menu served at a unique table in the Teppanyaki restaurant.

Omakase at Yasuragi – Leave the evening to the chef

Experience an exclusive Japanese culinary journey where trust, presence, and genuine craftsmanship take center stage. With only eight seats per seating, Yasuragi Omakase is an intimate and personal dining experience where you leave the choice entirely in the chef's hands.

You don't choose the menu – you choose the experience

Omakase お任せ literally means "I leave it up to you." Instead of a traditional menu, the chef leads the evening and creates a dynamic culinary journey based on the season, ingredient quality, and the absolute best offerings of the day. With us, Omakase is not just about the food; it is a unique experience and a matter of trust.

An exclusive culinary journey in 15 courses

For approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, you and a small group of guests are treated to a well-balanced progression of flavors – from light and fresh notes to deeper, grilled tones.

  • A light opening: Begins with a balanced and warming miso.
  • Raw & fresh: Precisely sliced tartar, sashimi, and tiradito.
  • Fire & craft: Dishes prepared with flambéing and charcoal grilling, focusing on fish and scallops.
  • Premium Nigiri: Exclusive pieces featuring Akami, Otoro, and A5 Wagyu, among others.
  • Finale: A refreshing sorbet to round off the meal.

Since the menu is guided by the availability of the day's finest ingredients, the dishes change with the seasons, making every visit a truly unique occasion.

Japanese craftsmanship & Omotenashi up close

Around our intimate Omakase table, you experience the craftsmanship up close. The chef acts as both cook and host, where cutting techniques, grilling, and the story behind the ingredients become a natural part of the meal. The experience is imbued with Omotenashi – the Japanese art of providing thoughtful and intuitive service with deep respect for the guest. Secure your seat around the table and leave the evening to our chefs for an unforgettable gastronomic journey at Yasuragi.
