TOKYO STYLE
A day filled with energy and precision
The day begins in our conference rooms, designed to promote creativity and presence. To keep energy levels high, we take breaks with Japanese radio gymnastics – a classic break activity that awakens both body and mind through collective movement. Throughout the day, a well-prepared lunch and energizing coffee break will be served to boost energy.
Gastronomy as team building
As the workday transitions into evening, the meeting turns into a culinary adventure:
Sushi School: Learn the craft behind the perfect sushi under the guidance of our chefs. An activity where precision meets creativity.
Sake Tasting: Deepen your understanding of Japanese drinking culture through a curated tasting of premium sake. Perfect as a warm-up for dinner.
An evening in the spirit of joy
Dinner is enjoyed at Teppanyaki Kiri, where cooking becomes a spectacular performance right at the table. Here, the focus is on ingredients and the chef's skill. To conclude an unforgettable day, we open up for karaoke – the ultimate Japanese tradition to celebrate successes and enhance team spirit in a lively and accepting environment.

How can a meeting day at Yasuragi look?
To get the best effect of your workday, we always recommend starting with time in the Japanese bath with our bathing manual. This will help you relax and work more efficiently and become more creative. After the bath, your meeting day continues where you have an energy-boosting morning and afternoon as well as lunch available. During or after the meeting day, we recommend an activity to gather the group. You enjoy a nice dinner and then wake up refreshed after a good night's sleep.
-
Do you have any age restrictions?
We have a minimum age limit of 16 years, which means that children/infants cannot participate in conferences/meetings or group bookings.
-
What is the dress code at Yasuragi?
The Japanese cotton robe, yukata, is provided in your room upon arrival. It is worn when visiting the Japanese bath, and if you wish, it can also be worn throughout the day, similar to at a Japanese inn. In that case, it is worn on top of regular clothes.
