The conference package also includes
- The Japanese cotton robe, yukata, is available in your room upon arrival. It is used during visits to the Japanese bath and if desired, can also serve as clothing throughout the day, just as in a Japanese inn. It is worn over regular clothes. Yukata is on loan, as are the slippers.
- Swimwear to use in the Japanese bath is provided by us. This can then be taken home.

How can a meeting day at Yasuragi look?
To get the best effect of your workday, we always recommend starting with time in the Japanese bath with our bathing manual. This will help you relax and work more efficiently and become more creative. After the bath, your meeting day continues where you have an energy-boosting morning and afternoon as well as lunch available. During or after the meeting day, we recommend an activity to gather the group. You enjoy a nice dinner and then wake up refreshed after a good night's sleep.

Do you have any age restrictions?
We have a minimum age limit of 16 years, which means that children/infants cannot participate in conferences/meetings or group bookings.

What is the dress code at Yasuragi?
The Japanese cotton robe, yukata, is provided in your room upon arrival. It is worn when visiting the Japanese bath, and if you wish, it can also be worn throughout the day, similar to at a Japanese inn. In that case, it is worn on top of regular clothes.

What's included in the packages?
All our meeting packages include an energy break with coffee, tea, and light snacks served in the morning and afternoon. A lunch with still water and coffee is also included, as well as the loan of a yukata, slippers, and swimwear for you to keep.
A meeting room is added based on the size of the group.
You are welcome to add a breakfast buffet upon arrival or dinner in the evening. We also offer overnight packages.

Conference package with overnight stay, dinner, and Japanese bath
We offer conference packages with overnight stays and full day meals. The package includes an energizing break in the morning and afternoon to keep you energized throughout the day. You will be served lunch with tap water and then coffee, as well as a dinner to conclude the day. During your stay, you also have free access to our Japanese bath, where there are hot springs, saunas, cold pools, and much more. A room is added to the package based on size and furniture preferences.

Here at Yasuragi, we have extensive knowledge of how to utilize your capacity to perform at your best. This applies both to creating meetings that achieve their purpose and how individuals can find the balance between relaxation and work. To truly unwind, have time together, and discover the dynamics in the group, we highly recommend a conference with an overnight stay.

A hot tip
Start the conference with a bath. The effects of the very old Japanese tradition of cleansing oneself calmly and then sinking into a warm source can now also be measured with modern research methods. When we allow the warm water to envelop us, stress hormones in the blood decrease, and the well-known calm and relaxation hormone oxytocin increases. In other words, we become calmer and more present.
When we take the time to relax, our brains function better, we breathe deeper, and we last longer. Research shows that stressed individuals tend to latch onto short-term solutions, while calm individuals are more creative and come up with more long-term solutions. So next time, start the meeting with a bath!
Rooms with a view
All of our hotel rooms overlook the water and Stockholm's inlet, and our conference rooms either have the same view or face an inner garden. Getting daylight during your conference provides more energy and boosts your dose of vitamin D. Several conference rooms also have their own exit to the large rooftop terrace, making it easy to get fresh air during the meeting day. In the summer, we highly recommend outdoor activities on the terrace.
