Start the day with time in the Japanese bath and a 20 min treatment. You are then ready to meet with new energy.
The package includes
- Two energy breaks including coffee and tea, as well as lunch, heart-tap water, and coffee
- Introduction to the Japanese bath
- Entrance to the Japanese bath and a 20 min treatment in the morning
- Break activity - choose between Do In or Meditation
- Meeting room for your group in school seating
The package also includes
- You get to borrow a Yukata (Japanese cotton robe) and slippers, as well as swimwear to keep. The Yukata will be in your room when you arrive, then it is used as your attire for meals and visits to the Japanese bath

How can a meeting day at Yasuragi look?
To get the best effect of your workday, we always recommend starting with time in the Japanese bath with our bathing manual. This will help you relax and work more efficiently and become more creative. After the bath, your meeting day continues where you have an energy-boosting morning and afternoon as well as lunch available. During or after the meeting day, we recommend an activity to gather the group. You enjoy a nice dinner and then wake up refreshed after a good night's sleep.

Do you have any age restrictions?
We have a minimum age limit of 16 years, which means that children/infants cannot participate in conferences/meetings or group bookings.

What is the dress code at Yasuragi?
The Japanese cotton robe, yukata, is provided in your room upon arrival. It is worn when visiting the Japanese bath, and if you wish, it can also be worn throughout the day, similar to at a Japanese inn. In that case, it is worn on top of regular clothes.

What's included in the packages?
All our meeting packages include an energy break with coffee, tea, and light snacks served in the morning and afternoon. A lunch with still water and coffee is also included, as well as the loan of a yukata, slippers, and swimwear for you to keep.
A meeting room is added based on the size of the group.
You are welcome to add a breakfast buffet upon arrival or dinner in the evening. We also offer overnight packages.
