Activities

We offer a variety of activities such as Zenmeditation and Do In/Qi Gong. Most activities are drop in and don’t need to be pre-booked. Only Sauna Yoga needs to be pre-booked. If you like to attend the Yasuragi Yoga please bring some comfortable clothes.

YASURAGI YOGA

Exercises for the body´s energy areas; legs, hips, core and back. Basic stretches derived from Hatha yoga. Yasuragi yoga consists of meditation and training in mindfulness. The main focus is to increase your mindfulness, awareness of body, feelings and mind. (Bring yoga/work-out clothes).

Time: 11.30-12.15 am and 4.30-5.30 pm

HEART CHAKRA MEDITATION

A moving meditation. The movements made in the four cardinal points, but you are all the time in the same place. The rhythmic music helps the body and mind to find rest in the movement – something that many stressed people may find value in practice.
