Tips for the hen party
Here we give you some basic tips for when you are planning a bachelorette party or other surprise celebration.
Here are some tips for planning the bachelorette party.
CHOOSE A DATE
Book a date as early as possible to ensure that everyone can participate and possibly book travel for long-distance participants. If you want to add Karaoke, Sake Tasting, Yoga Class, or Sushi School to your celebration, check with our booking to confirm availability on the day you wish to come. They are available at reservations@yasuragi.se
BUDGET
Discuss with everyone involved to come up with a reasonable budget for the bachelorette party at Yasuragi. Be open and honest about how much each person is willing to contribute, and remember to also include the bride's share of the cost. Respect that different people have different financial circumstances and priorities. You can book the basic Bachelorette Party package with an overnight stay, but you can also add treatments or a private activity for your group. Of course, if you have a smaller budget, you can choose to book a day or evening package instead.
DECIDE WHO WILL PARTICIPATE
It is important to include the bride's closest friends and people she feels comfortable with at the bachelorette party. Perhaps it is time to think outside traditional gender roles and also welcome the bride's male friends if it feels right. Be sure to check with the bride's partner about who should attend.COMMUNICATE
Talk to the groom (or the bride's bride). To avoid any conflicts in planning, it is important to communicate with the bride's partner in advance. If you are unsure about the bride's preferences, consult with her partner who knows her well.
DOCUMENT
Assign one or two people in the group to be responsible for documenting the bachelorette party by taking pictures or videos. It is easy to forget to capture memories in the moment, so it is good to have someone in charge of this. Just make sure that these people are also included in the photos and videos to be part of the memories.
PLAN PREPARATION OR SURPRISE?
Consider the bride's wishes and habits when planning the stay at Yasuragi. Make sure she feels safe so that it becomes a lovely memory. It is important to keep the surprise, so make sure the partner helps keep the bride unaware of the plans.
