When should I NOT book a treatment?
Some treatments are not suitable if you are ill or pregnant. We do not perform treatments if you have any of the following conditions: fever, acute infections or inflammation, epilepsy, blood clots, malignant tumours, haemophilia, contagious skin conditions, are undergoing antibiotic treatment, have heart problems or high blood pressure.
We do not offer classic massage, bamboo massage, Digital Pause, or the Haru back and foot treatment for pregnant guests until after week 12. Other treatments are available to book earlier in the pregnancy.

Can I book a treatment only?
It is perfectly fine to book just a treatment. If you would also like access to the Japanese bath, you will need to book one of our day or overnight packages.

Can I book a treatment if I am pregnant?
We do not offer classic massage, bamboo massage, or Digital Pause for pregnant guests until after week 12. Other treatments can be booked earlier in the pregnancy.

What do I wear during the treatment?
While waiting for your therapist, you should wear your yukata and dry underwear. During the treatment, you keep your underwear on. Our therapists are highly respectful of your privacy and use special towel techniques to ensure you feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment.

Can I choose if I want a male or female therapist?
We cannot guarantee a female or male therapist, but we do our best to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.

Skincare from Hada
Hada is a skincare brand born from our core values - sustainability, environment, and ethics.
Focusing on quality and well-being, a skincare series has been created suitable for both private and professional use. The series' Japanese name Hada means skin in Swedish, drawing inspiration from Japanese and Swedish nature. For example, 13 out of the series' 16 references contain a plant extract of Lotus, Bamboo, and Water Lily. The packaging design is influenced by both Swedish and Japanese aesthetics.
Not only is the content important, but great care has also been taken in the selection and design of the packaging. The packaging is airless to reduce preservatives as much as possible and in many cases, it is also eco-certified. The boxes are made of recycled paper. Functionality, sustainability, and quality go hand in hand.

Pregnant and massage?
When pregnant, it can be nice to have a relaxing moment for a potentially heavy and tired body. However, we would like to inform you that we do not offer classic and bamboo massages, shiatsu, and digital breaks for pregnant women until after week 12. If you are pregnant before week 12, we can instead recommend one of our delightful body treatments or a relaxing facial. If you are unsure, always consult with your doctor or midwife.
When should I not have a treatment?
Some treatments are not suitable if you are ill or pregnant. Therefore, please be sure to disclose your health condition when booking so that we can suggest the best treatment for you. If you are uncertain, always consult with your doctor.
