For an efficient working day, it is important to take breaks during the day. With us you get an introduction to Yasuragi and the Japanese bath. You will then receive a bathroom manual to follow. It helps to make the best use of the bathroom to relax and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of our nervous system that is active when we are resting. When we start from that, we become better at listening to ourselves and others, we collaborate better and are more inclined to think new thoughts. This is when we recover both physically and mentally.
Short activities to strengthen both body and brain. The exercises are intended as a short break during the day of the meeting for you to keep energy up and reach further during the workday. These are advantageously the meeting room or in nice weather outside, on our roof terrace.

In our Japanese garden, you can take a quite walk and practice mindfulness along the path. Adjacent to the Japanese garden is our outdoor gym. There are also nice running tracks around Hasseludden.
