Shinrin-yoku for the family. Exercises in mindfulness outside in nature. In Japanese its called Shinrin-yoku. It lowers our stress hormones, increases the concentration and strengthens the immune system. In addition, it’s playful in all its simplicity. An outdoor activity in our Japanese garden.
