The activity pass is free besides a few exceptions, and participation will take place subject to availability. You as an adult always participate with your child. Below you will find a description of the various activities. Subject to change.
Simple fun exercises that make us laugh at seemingly nothing. Laughter is interspersed with breathing exercises. Laughing is considered good for the immune system, blood circulation, stress levels, and endorphin, the body’s own happiness hormone is released and so it is fun. It is said that children laugh 400 times a day, the adults 15, so here we can really learn from the children.
Time: 6:00-6:30 pm
Shinrin-yoku for the family. Forest baths, exercises in presence outside in the nature. The Japanese its called Shinrin-yoku. It lowers our stress hormones, increases the concentration and strengthens the immune system. In addition, it’s playful in all its simplicity. An outdoor activity in our Japanese garden.
Prebook when booking your stay. Book a place for each child. One adult per family should accompany, but do not have to book a place (16 children’s places).
Time: 8:45-9:15 am, 2:30-3:00 pm
The kids will learn how to make nice maki rolls from a sushi chef. Each child may make a separate roll that they may then eat. The sushi chef gives tips and advice on how to easily make sushi at home with child adapted ingredients.
Book when booking your stay. 150 SEK per child. Book a place for each child. One adult per family should accompany, but do not need to book a place. Limited number of seats.

One of our most popular activities is yoga for the entire family. Everyone will enjoy the various yoga positions, and find new energy while having fun together.
Time: 10:30-11:15 am, 3:30-4:15 pm
For families. A relaxing interlude for young and old featuring Tibetan singing bowls. A journey into the world of imagination. This peaceful Journey of Sound is linked to the ancient knowledge of the healing effect of sound.
Time: 9:45-10:15 am, 4:30-5 pm
For families. Qi gong with calm gentle movements performed by using a soft scent ball. The ball makes it easier to find the right moves and increase awareness of the body. The balls have different colors and scents so that you can choose the one you like best.
Time: 11:30-12:00 noon, 6:45-7:15 pm
A walk outdoors beginning at the gallery near the exit to the Japanese Garden. It is about being present. using your senses in a playful way to become more mindful.
Sauna yoga is simple yoga stretches that are done while sitting in a sauna with a temperature of approximately 50-55 degrees celsius. The positions strengthen the torso and lower body and give more flexibility in the spine, hips and glutes. The exercises and the gentle heat from the sauna help the body´s metabolism and reduce stress. Prebooked when booking your stay. (16 places)
