You have access to the Japanese bath during the same hours as the package you have booked. For those who want more time in the bath, we offer "Come Early & Stay Longer" packages, which include extra bath time and lunch. (Please note that check-out from your room remains the same as above.) These options are available on most days of the week and can be added when making your booking. We recommend packing light. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a yukata (Japanese cotton robe), slippers, and swimwear to use during your stay. For meals, you can choose whether to wear the yukata or your own clothes. Swimwear is yours to keep, while the yukata and slippers are for loan. The bath is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. When you're thirsty, feel free to enjoy the tea and fruit buffet available in the lounge near the Japanese bath. Please note, we kindly ask that you do not bring your own swimwear.
Up to 7 days before arrival, you can cancel or rebook your stay free of charge, full refund is due upon cancellation. After 7 days, full debit is paid. If you add a personal cancellation protection (225 kr per person), you can cancel or rebook your stay up to 24 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation, Yasuragi retains the cancellation protection and the remaining amount will be refunded. For promotional bookings where an offer code has been used, a cancellation protection is required to be able to cancel or rebook.
