You have access to the Japanese bath at the same time as for the package you have booked. If you book Overnight with dinner, you have access to the bath 15.30 day 1 to 12.00 day 2. We offer arrive early and stay longer packages where you get more time in the bath (however, you check out of the room at the same times as above), lunch is also included. This is offered most days of the week. You can add this when making your booking. Arrive early: Arrival 11.30 - Departure 12.00 (hotel room 15.30-12.00) Stay longer: Arrival 15.30 - Departure 16.00 (hotel room 15.30-12.00)

You can pack lightly if you prefer. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a yukata (Japanese cotton robe), slippers, and swimwear to use during your stay. For meals, you can choose whether to wear the yukata or your own clothes. You may take the swimwear with you when you leave, while the yukata and slippers are on loan. In the bath area, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. When you're thirsty, feel free to help yourself to the tea and fruit buffet set up in the lounge near the Japanese bath. We kindly request that you refrain from using your own swimwear.
Up to 7 days before arrival, you can cancel or rebook your stay free of charge, full refund is due upon cancellation. After 7 days, full debit is paid. If you add a personal cancellation protection (225 kr per person), you can cancel or rebook your stay up to 24 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation, Yasuragi retains the cancellation protection and the remaining amount will be refunded.
