BATH TIME

To ensure all guests have a relaxing experience in the Japanese bath, you will select a bath time when booking.
Check in at 3.00 p.m and choose a bath time: 3 p.m - 5.30 p.m or 5.30 - 8 p.m. Room check-out at 11 a.m
Check in at 4 p.m with bath time 5:30 - 8 p.m. Room check-out at noon.
No booking required for bath time during late evening 8 - 10:30 p.m or on your departure day 8 a.m until check-out.
You are welcome to book a treatment or join our activities when you are not in the bath. We also recommend visiting our Cocktail Bar and enjoying the outdoor environment for walks and exercise.

UPGRADE YOUR BOOKING

Book early arrival or late departure for more time in our Japanese bath, lunch is also included. When booking this option, drinks and other purchases made before or after check-in and check-out at your hotel room are paid directly at the restaurant.

GOOD TO KNOW

As our guest, you will be loaned a yukata, a Japanese cotton robe. You primarily wear this when using the Japanese bath or participating in our activities or when you have booked a treatment. For meals, you can choose whether to dress in the yukata or in your own clothes.
The age limit is 16 years in the company of a guardian.
We lower the age limit during school breaks and Yasuragi Kids all kids are welcome. Read more here.
In our Teppanyaki restaurant, we use the same frying table for all dishes. We can accommodate gluten, lactose, and nut allergies, but we do not cater to other allergies or dietary preferences. Since the food is prepared on the same hotplate, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. If you have other allergies, we recommend dining at restaurant Minamo instead.

When will Teppanyaki open?

Restaurant Teppanyaki Kiri will open again on December 25th.
What is the difference between an overnight stay with dinner and an overnight stay in Teppanyaki?

What distinguishes the different packages is the time for check-in and the actual dining experience. Overnight package with dinner in Teppanyaki Kiri has check-in at 14.30, overnight dinner with check-in at 15.00.
What is the cancellation policy?

Up to 7 days before arrival, you can cancel or rebook your stay free of charge, full refund is due upon cancellation. After 7 days, full debit is paid. If you add a personal cancellation protection (195 kr per person), you can cancel or rebook your stay up to 24 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation, Yasuragi retains the cancellation protection and the remaining amount will be refunded. For promotional bookings where an offer code has been used, a cancellation protection is required to be able to cancel or rebook.
What should I bring?

You can pack lightly if you prefer. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a yukata (Japanese cotton robe), slippers, and swimwear to use during your stay. For meals, you can choose whether to wear the yukata or your own clothes. You may take the swimwear with you when you leave, while the yukata and slippers are on loan. In the bath area, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. When you're thirsty, feel free to help yourself to the tea and fruit buffet set up in the lounge near the Japanese bath. We kindly request that you refrain from using your own swimwear.
