GOOD TO KNOW

  • Arrive well in advance before your treatment begins. You check in at our bath reception where you then wait for your treatment.
  • You hang up your belongings in the treatment room.
  • If you already have a booking with us and wish to add a treatment, you can do so through 'My Pages'; you'll find a link in your confirmation. This way, the treatment will be added to your booking.

  • Is entrance to the Japanese bath included?

    No, if you book this package, it's only for your treatment. For access to the Japanese bath, you need to book one of our day or overnight packages. You can then add a treatment to those.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Up to 24 hours before arrival, you can cancel the treatment at no cost; thereafter, full charges apply.
