Stay in one of our Ryokans, a Japanese inn or guesthouse. In Japan, a Ryokan is usually located in the countryside and gives you a chance to experience the true Japanese lifestyle and hospitality. We hope to give you that same feeling here. Each suite has a Japanese bath with a hot spring and a traditional Japanese interior design. The rooms are large and have a private balcony.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • As our guest, you will be loaned a yukata, a Japanese cotton robe. You primarily wear this when using the Japanese bath or participating in our activities or when you have booked a treatment. For meals, you can choose whether to dress in the yukata or in your own clothes.
  • The age limit is 16 years in the company of a guardian.
  • We lower the age limit during school breaks and Yasuragi Kids all kids are welcome. Read more here.

Frequently asked questions about this package

  • Can I use the Japanese bath before checking in?

    You have access to the Japanese bath at the same time as for the package you have booked. If you book Overnight with dinner, you have access to the bath 15.30 day 1 to 12.00 day 2. We offer arrive early and stay longer packages where you get more time in the bath (however, you check out of the room at the same times as above), lunch is also included. This is offered most days of the week. You can add this when making your booking. Arrive early: Arrival 11.00 - Departure 11.00 (hotel room 15.30-11.00) Stay longer: Arrival 15.30 - Departure 15.30 (hotel room 15.30-11.00)

  • What should I bring?

    Pack light! On arrival you will receive a Yukata (Japanese cotton robe), slippers and swimwear to use during your stay. Swimwear can be brought home, while the Yukata and slippers are on loan. There are towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. When you get thirsty, you are welcome to enjoy the tea and fruit buffet set up in the lounge. You wear the Yukata throughout your stay, including meals. We avoid the use of our own swimwear.

  • Do we need to have dinner in the room?

    When you book this package, a dinner in your room served by the hostess. If you wish to eat in the restaurant, you must notify this well in advance of arrival at info@yasuragi.se

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Up to 7 days before arrival, you can cancel or rebook your stay free of charge, full refund is due upon cancellation. After 7 days, full debit is paid. If you add a personal cancellation protection (195 kr per person), you can cancel or rebook your stay up to 24 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation, Yasuragi retains the cancellation protection and the remaining amount will be refunded. For promotional bookings where an offer code has been used, a cancellation protection is required to be able to cancel or rebook.

Experience the Ryokan. Features a hot Japanese bath with hot springs and room service by Nakai-san, who serves you an in-room dinner. Book a luxurious experience.

Our Ryokan package includes a pampering stay in our authentic Japanese-style rooms, complete with traditional tatami flooring and futon bedding. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and breathtaking views of the archipelago from your own private balcony. The room is decorated with beautiful materials such as cedar and slate. Just like in Japan, you sleep on a futon mattress on the floor. The living room has a dining area for up to six people and a stone garden. One wall of the bathroom consists of large windows that let in gentle daylight into the washing room. There are hot springs, both outside and inside, as well as a private sauna. Along the suite, you will find your private terrace and jacuzzi. For the best possible service in true Japanese spirit, the stay at Ryokan comes with your own Nakai-san - the traditional ryokan host/hostess. Here, we offer a very special experience in privacy for up to six people. Immerse yourself in the panoramic view of nature and the Stockholm archipelago - the sea and the pines - reminiscent of the outside world.

In this package, you can check into the room already at 14:30. Upon arrival, the Nakai-san will take care of you, guide you to your room and then take care of you throughout your entire stay. In your Ryokan, you have an indoor and outdoor hot spring, a sauna, and washing (ablution) areas for extra privacy. You also have free access to the large Japanese bath with its facilities as well as access to activities according to the day schedule.

Once the day starts to fade away, Nakai-san will serve your dinner in the room according to the time you booked. After a good night's sleep, breakfast is served in your room. If you wish you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet in the dining room, Hasu, if you wish. You can enjoy the Japanese bath until check-out.
