Break activities

JAPANESE RADIO GYMNASTICS (10 min)
Wake your body up to classical Japanese radio gymnastics. Your activity leader will show you the basics of the exhilarating activity where you, with the help of music, a Japanese radio DJ, start you day off with a smile.

OFFICE YOGA (15 min)
Simple yoga exercises that are generally performed seated on a chair. The focus is on breathing and releasing tension in the back and shoulders. Relaxing movements of energy for the whole day. A taste of good exercises to take home to the workplace and do during the workday for increased well-being.

DO IN (15 min)
Do In is a form of self-massage where you awaken your muscles and blood vessels to a new day. The movements and presses expand the blood vessels, activate the energy pathways and stimulate the muscles. Despite that Do In is easy to do, it is an excellent way to stay in shape. On top of that, it´s very enjoyable.


ZAZEN (15 min)
Did you know that meditation is hard work for the brain. Research shows that people who meditate regularly are less driven by their emotions and have a better ability to look objectively at past and current events and happenings. Zen meditation is one of the oldest and most proven techniques for practicing presence and peace of mind. The meditation is performed while sitting on a chair in the meeting room.

NOVELTY! - THE POWER OF BREATH We all know how we feel affects our breathing. But most of us will benefit from learning how to control our nervous system and how we feel through different breathing techniques. We will briefly introduce you to three different techniques that will give you an immediate effect and for various reasons are good tools to have during the day. An exercise for stress reduction before, during and after the working day. A balancing breathing exercise, which is the basis for long-term healthy breathing. An energizing breathing exercise that replaces coffee in the morning and during the rest of the working day. PRICE

Creative activities

POSITION UNKNOWN
A team competition that involves finding as many controls as possible in a limited time. Each team appoints a team captain who, with the help of a map, photographs and a com radio, will guide his team to various locations. What seems simple becomes difficult if the team does not find a good strategy for their communication. Rarely does the team with the best physical ability win. In addition to the options below, there is also the option of adding a construction activity and/or a helicopter lift for the winners. Contact us for more information.

CREATIVE TEAM TRAINING
An activity with group dynamic exercises to involve, build trust, increase communication and improve cooperation. To develop good teamwork requires practice and training. Examples of exercises: Communicate - Here we want the participants to be able to influence and also find control based on their own actions. It is based on a blind test where the group must succeed in making a quadrilateral with right corners and sides of equal length together with blindfolds.

CODE BREAK
A group activity where, in 45 minutes, try to solve 30 codes that are hidden in the environment where the game is played. An activity that gives the most energy back in the shortest time. Each code provides a mission or questions to solve, and contributes to teamwork with a focus on cooperation skills under time pressure.
