(Self massage and soft energizing movements)
A combined do in and qi gong class. The class begins with Do in that is a self-massage where you awaken muscles and blood vessels to life. The movements and presses expands blood vessels, activates the energy pathways and stimulate the muscles. Then we practice qigong – a method with origins in traditional Chinese medicine. Studies show that qigong has a dampening effect on stress. The movements increase body awareness, providing deeper breathing and better posture.
